Art meditation as I call it, has changed my life, moving me to a higher level of conscientiousness. The unique experiences traveling, teaching, owning a business, being a mother, and finding my new home in Salida has led me down this venturesome path; learning to listen to my inner voice , taking risks and to respect the journey.
