Shallots Restaurant & The Alley Bar

Shallots is relatively new to the Salida restaurant scene, but its ownership is comprised of longtime Salida residents and restauranteurs. Shallots is owned and operated by the Potts family: Don, Sheree, Dolan and Amy. Our building was built in 1893, so it comes with its share of long-term residents — we have several in-house ghosts as well! The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with brunch served on Sundays. With two chefs in house, influenced by different eras and cuisines, our menu is diverse and delicious! We have a full bar, with live music, karaoke and parties on the weekends. We have Happy Hour every day from 5 to 8 p.m. in The Alley Bar. Stop in for a few cocktails, stay for a bite, and enjoy your evening! When planning your holiday parties, think of Shallots, with a lovely dining room as well as a private back room. We have many options to choose from. Catering is also available. Come down and see us in historic downtown Salida.

Soulcraft's priority is to keep the conversations happening, and hold the interest of those that drink our beer. We wish to serve as a bridge between the brewing process and the beer drinker, and share our passion.

Soulcraft's tasting room, which seats up to 99 people with another 50+ outside on our patio, features 16 beers on tap including rotating seasonal beers and special releases.
