Visit the Upper Arkansas River Valley this Summer and immerse yourself in the 27th annual Salida Art Walk, presented by High Country Bank. This historic mountain town is the home of the first certified Creative District in Colorado, and once you visit you'll know why. This town lives and breathes creativity everyday, all year long.

Salida Art Walk features the best local and regional artists exhibiting their dynamic works, musicians both on the streets and at participating venues, a variety of unique street performers, and artist demos in many locations throughout the event.

Downtown Salida Creative District

Galleries, Artists' Studios, Restaurants, Bars, Real Estate Offices, and even Clothing Boutiques host a variety of receptions for their resident artists. Many offer refreshments and local music.

Big Band Dance

Sunday, June 24th
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
SteamPlant Event Center

 

Art Walk wraps up with a free big band dance featuring the CMC Big Band. Dance to the music of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Stan Kenton and others. The Dance is Free and open to the public.
